Yoga Retreat Classes
The Shadow yoga classes are limited to small groups to ensure maximum personal attention. There are two classes each day, morning and evening. On the last day of the retreat there is only a morning practice. One of the classes is generally a led and the other is working towards self practice, allowing the teacher to adjust and advise whilst students work at their own pace, thereby also developing the memory and self confidence to continue practice on their own after returning home.
